LinkedIn


Professional social network LinkedIn has just announced it already has 200 million users worldwide. Indonesia, in the list of countries with the fastest user growth.

This was disclosed in a publication on LinkedIn official blog. Unfortunately, the company from Mountain View, California, did not say how many LinkedIn users in Indonesia today.

What is clear, Indonesia ranks third in the list of countries with the fastest growth. The position occupied by one and both Turkey and Colombia.

While in service on mobile devices, the growth of LinkedIn users occurred in China, Brazil, Portugal, India, and Italy.

Most likely, the growth of LinkedIn users in the country occurred after the social networking that provide services in the Indonesian language in December 2011.

"Reaching one million members within two months after the launch of the site in Indonesia is an important achievement that shows that professionals in Indonesia are keen to build an online professional image on LinkedIn," said Clifford Rosenberg, Managing Director of LinkedIn Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

Now, led by Jeff Weiner LinkedIn as CEO, who previously was an executive at the Internet company Yahoo!.
